It is sometimes difficult for those who have lost a spouse, child, family
member or friend to feel optimistic about the future. Not many people
understand the deep hurt that is felt.

GriefShare is a seminar and support group for people grieving the loss of someone close.

The topics covered are:

• Living with grief
• The Journey of grief
• The effects of grief
• When your spouse dies
Your family and grief
• Why?
• The uniqueness of grief
• • God’s prescription for grief
• Stuck in grief
• Top 20 lessons of grief
• Heaven

People can begin attending the group on any week since each session is ‘stand-alone’. They can then attend the next cycle to take in sessions they have missed.

If you are interested in taking part in the next Griefshare programme please leave your details at reception, speak to John or Helen Robinson or contact the office.

Seminars also run at Orangefield Presbyterian for further information on these please contact Maureen Bunting or Sam Lamont (contact details available here)
